Do these drugs interact well with one another

My husband is on so many medications, that i am truly worried about his health and the interaction of all these drugs.  I will  list them all and can you please tell me if they are safe to take with one another?  My husband is only 38, he had a stroke  last year he had a stent put in, now he is on plavix, atenolol, hydrochlorothiazide 25mg, last week his doc added niacin 500 mg, simvastatin 20, flexeril and tramadol,  also his one aspirin each day, these are just so many meds, are they safe?

No added interaction. Make sure to bring full list of all medications your husband is on to each doctor's appointment as he may see more than one prescriber and make sure to show that list to them each time they consider prescribing new medications.

I forgot to mention tramadol and flexeril also were prescribed and interaction with those and the previously stated meds were really my concern.

There is only one interaction that would be of any concern. Treatment with both simvastatin and niacin may result in muscle pain or tenderness or muscle weakness.
Using simvastatin together with niacin is usually not recommended, but may be required in some cases. If you are using both medicines together, your doctor may change the dose or how often you use one or both of the medicines. It is important to tell your doctor and pharmacist about all other medicines that you are using. Call your doctor if you have dark-colored urine, have a fever, have muscle cramps or spasms, have muscle pain or stiffness, or feel very tired or weak. Do not stop using your medicines without talking to your doctor first.
