Dry cold

I'm 23weeks pregnant. My nose and my troat always dry up whenever I sleep. And sometime, I won't be able to breath very well. I don't know what to use.

I would recommend you first try treatments such as breathing steam, or keeping a vaporizer in the room. You can use a saline nasal rinse or spray for nasal congestion or dryness. Also be sure to maintain adequate hydration, typically 8-12 eight ounce glasses of water daily unless directed otherwise by your doctor.
