I think I was poisoned

So yesterday I had some campbells chicken and rice soup and a grilled cheese around 3pm, then at work I had half a stromboli at around 9pm.  I took my Prilosec before my lunch and the tylenol allergy around 5pm.  I had an episode of diareah just before dinner, then about 30 minutes after I ate the stromboli I started with persistant diareah and vomitting that has lasted through the night.  I suffered from insomnia all night long running back and forth to the bathroom every 30 minutes.  Sometime during the night, probably around 3am my body became very sore.  My legs are very weak, my hips hurt and I have severe back pain.  I guess the reason I posted this in the "Ask a Pharmacist" forum is because during the episodes of vomiting, I noticed tiny red beads.  Could this be the prilosec or the tylenol??? Or did somebody slip something in my stromboli?  The red beads are not blood, rather they appear to be medicine from like a capsule or gel tab or something.  My wife wanted to take me to the emergency room in the middle of the night, but I refused.  Now I feel like maybe I should go but am not sure.  The diareah and vomitting has slowed down but my muscles are really aching and I am very tired.

Please help me...please
Thank you,
Cole~

The beads are most likely from the granules inside the Prilosec. You may have had a possible case of food poisoning. You will need to keep yourself hydrated and see a doctor immediately.
