For that I would have to direct you to your prescriber. Or call the manufacturer at the number I listed above in the previous response. Unfortunately those seem to be the best solutions I can recommend at this time. Sorry I don't have a better answer for you. .

So there isn't anyway to do the iv infusion at home? Does it have to be in a hospital setting?
I cannot do the suppositories... end of story.
I have tried all the other options you have listed, none have worked.
It took a year for me to be dx with this and get the correct treatment, during that time I tried many different treatments none which worked in the least bit.
Here is the manufacturer information for the company that makes injectable indomethacin. However keep in mindit is not a possible daily option in that this is via IV infusion and is administered by a trained health care professional over 20-35 minutes in hospital setting.

I would probably suggest you reconsider using the rectal suppositories. If you know this medication works for you , rectal administration is a very effective way for your body to get the medication that you require for your headaches.
With regards to pumps, etc I am not aware of any delivery systems, however I would discuss that option with your prescriber.
Indomethacin, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), usually provides rapid relief from symptoms. Other NSAIDs, including ibuprofen, celecoxib, and naproxen, can provide some relief from symptoms. Amitriptyline and other tricyclic antidepressants are effective in some patients. Explain to your doctor/prescriber how you feel about taking this medication and discuss alternative options available to you.
Best of luck to you!
