Is it safe to take...

I am wondering if it is safe to take maca root powder and royal jelly with the vitamins I am currently taking? I am taking prenatal vitamins, evening primrose oil and B complex drops. Any information would be helpful.

Royal jelly and maca root powder have a lot of the vitamins you are currently taking and I would not recommend that you take any more additional supplements to the ones you mentioned. Royal jelly has the same ingredients as the B complex drops and maca root contains many of the ingredients mentioned in a standard prenatal vitamin.

Thank you for your response. Would it be safe to stop the prenatls and B complex drops and switch to the royal jelly and maca root, and folic acid instead?

It is okay to switch if you wish, but are you taking any medications or are you pregnant? If you are taking any medication, you need to see if maca root or royal jelly poses a problem with them. If you are pregnant, it is not recommended to take either one.
