Pinky Red marks after inpetigo?

hi,
I had inpetigo i the last week in june on a friday i was working in am chemist, is it possible i could have caught it from there?  I just thought they were spots at first so i tried some cream.  On the sunday the crusts came up and went down to a pharmacist they said it looked like inpetigo . On the monday i went to the doctors and they gave me some capsules beginning with F. Took them for a week and it cleared it. However red marks began to appear a couple of days later. I had 3 points of round inpetigo. One is gone, another is gone but can see a little red, and the third is in the middle of my chin, its bright pinky colour but used to be a bright red. Its been there for about 2 months now.

My questions
When will the pinky mark disappear?
Will it ever go?
How long will it take?
Is there anything to take to make it go or speed up healing?

Thats not that bad, it seems to be reducing more and more each day. I will visit my local pharmacist to get some vitamin E cream.
Thanks for your help

I would say it could be weeks or even months.

This may be post inflammatory marks or hyperpigmentation. The marks should resolve over time.  You can try applying a vitamin E cream. Do not scratch or pick on these areas to avoid further irritation. Also, please discuss this with your physician or a dermatologist.
