random odd "electrical shock" type feelings and fatigue

I have been taking the pristiq now for over 3 months, and this is the newest add to my list (klonipin next newest at a little over 4 months -- the rest have been years.)  I have just recently started getting these odd shocky type feelings through my arms, legs, sides, neck ... I really don't know how to describe tem, it's not quite electrical, but it's a good analogy.  sometimes it almost just feels as if I can physically feel my blood moving through my veins.  other times it feels as if the blood is a bit "bubbly."  *shrug*

My only other experience with this feeling is when I was coming off of zoloft a few years ago.  I had these same shocky feelings, along with some waking dreams/nightmares.  it was a difficult drug for me to detox from ... it ended up taking months longer than it should have.  but I am not coming off of anything right now, and i am not even changing doses (or missing doses.)  But this feeling is very uncomfortable.  Any ideas?

Pristiq can cause drowsiness. Abrupt discontinuation of Pristiq can also cause paresthesia, which is described as electric shock sensations. Consult with your doctor to determine tolerability or if you may have to switch to another medication.

also forgot to mention the fatigue outside of the subject line.  completely out of character for me, I sleep a solid 8 hours a night, plus frequent naps.  sometimes the fatigue comes over me so quickly I fall asleep in the middle of a project for several hours, and it can take me an hour to shake off the sleep and become fully awake again.  it's eating into my day.
