Both antidepressants can have the following reaction in your body.
Nausea, drowsiness, dizziness, trouble sleeping, loss of appetite, weakness, tiredness, dry mouth, sweating, yawning, or headache may occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, tell your doctor promptly.
Remember that your doctor has prescribed this medication because he or she has judged that the benefit to you is greater than the risk of side effects. Many people using this medication do not have serious side effects.
You may want to discuss with your prescriber weaning yourself off of one of the medications to see if that helps reduce your sleepiness. Keep in mind that your body is also detoxing from nicotine. In very low concentrations, nicotine acts as a stimulant, and it is one of the main factors responsible for the dependence-forming properties of tobacco smoking. Do not stop taking any of the medications you have been prescribed until you have spoken to your prescriber.
Best of luck to you!

I am taking Clonazepam (klonopin) and Bupoprion (wellbutrin) prescribed by a Psychiatrist. I am also taking Ultram for pain in the chest bones. The Ultram also produces a calming effect. These are my primary meds. However I wish to go off all the meds but the withdrawal effects of klonopin are horrendous. When I run out of klonopin I use my mother's xanax to reduce the withdrawal. I want to quit all medications but I don't know in which order to do it. If I ask the Psch She'll probably say no or prescribe other medications. I am a 60 year old male Vietnam Veteran and really I don't see any results for with these meds (except maybe the Ultram) for PTSD, Generalized anxiety and panic attacks. I don't want to spend my last years as a VA hospital bum waiting for his next fix. Any help will be appreciated.
