Doubt of a muscle spasm

Hi,

For over a few months i am having trouble of breathing and muscle pulls (in my hands and legs towards the thighs). The muscle pulls(could be spasms) happens normally whenever i am sitting in a place for quite a long time..One scenario i observed that happens mostly to me is when i am sitting in a car for more than 15-20 minutes i start to small pulls on both thighs and then in my hand...and then over few minutes it becomes unbearable with my palm of hands and feet becoming cold...the only solution i get to relieve from this is to stop the car and start to walk immediately...same things of muscle pulls happens near the diaphragm of stomach which i think leads to breathing problem...after consulting my doctor i did following test and all came out normal: ECG,Blood Test,Chest X-ray, PFT, Sinus Check X-Ray.

This thing is really making me depressed and scary...Can you suggest me what could be the problem of all this...do i have any muscle problems and can it be cured via medications....since i am only age 26 i think i should not be having any major health problems...please suggest me as soon as possible...Thanks a lot...

Maybe your next move wouls be a Neurology doctor. They can deal with muscles and nerves all over the body rather well.
