How long it takes to recover from an attack?

I seem to have sob attacks, over the years I have noticed that my recovery time has gone from a few minutes to at least a day. Even a sob due to a short 15 min walk lasts for that complete day. What is the normal recovery time?

Thanks. I'm getting flare ups whenever I walk more than 15 mins. Sick of it..

My flare-ups seem to take a couple of days to fully recover.  

Maybe in your case you should up your dose or start a preventative medicine.  I need to at this point go back in and have a chat with my doctor because this whole week has been basically one flare-up, it *****.
