Yes, what you may have is Asthma and it will only get worse with time , whether you see a pulmonary specialist or not. There is no cure only controls for the symptoms of Asthma. So prescription medications, in your case, will be the order of the day, such as, Singulair or Advair Discus.
Or, you could do what I did for my diagnosed Asthma 10 years ago this coming January. But please first see a physican at once to confirm the reason for your condition, as there are worse things than Asthma with your symptoms, or it could be nothing to be worried about
In my case I discovered a nutrient called Octacosanol worked for me (just fine) over the years and I highly recomend it for anyone with any form of a bronchial disorder and wants to breath again.
I am currently working on a manuscript for a book called " Why Asthma Happens". It covers the cause, cure and prevention of Asthma and Med Help will possibility have a chapter in as Octacosanol needs medical proof that it works on a massive level as I know it can and will, and people like us at Med Help will confirm my discovery.
Possibly and I recommend that you go to your physician and get yourself checked out, because you will need to be treated for it. Asthma is a desease, but with awareness and preventative medication, you can live a normal life.
