Hey
i would say go back to your doctor and talk to her/him about whats been happening.
you may need to change your medication or something but you doctor will be the best person to help you sort it out, and not rest until it is sorted. ( sometime it can take time)
What type of attacks are you having? asthma or anxiety/depression?
It is important to get it sorted whether it is anxiety or asthma because it is impacting on your life.
I to have asthma and anxiety/depression and it is very hard at times.

I hope this helps
