my husban recently had surgery he cannot seem to clear his throat with out pain.
My husband recently had surgery. He cannot seem to clear his throat without severe pain. Is there any way to help this? Something he can drink? We already tried to sit in the bathroom with hot water on with hope to loosen it up to make it easier to cough. Is there anything else we can do?
Mullein is a natural expectorant herb that helps loosen mucus. Also, sipping on warm lemon and honey water may help reduce pain and inflammation and loosen mucus. If this keeps happening maybe you should call the Dr. Good luck with you.....sorry that your husband is in such severe pain. I'll keep him in my prayers!
