Shrinking penis

Hi, I know very little about Autoimmune diseases other than they can attack any organ in the body.

For a number of years my penis has been shrinking, or, more specifically, getting thinner.  It feels like something is eating away at my penis and I now experience a lot of pain and other sensations in it.

Is there any way this could be a rare autoimmune disorder?

Over the past 10 or so years I've seen a number of Urologists, none of whom were able to help me with most reluctant to accept this is even happening.  I've had x-rays and ultrasounds and nothing has shown up.

My weight has gone up and down over the years but my penis has been getting progressively thinner all the time.  I experienced a late puberty and used to try and masturbate before i was ready.  Afterwards my penis would swell up - is it possible I damaged the tissue in some way and that's what's causing the problem?

Your penis is an organ just like other parts of the body and varies in girth with fat content.  Have you been losing weight?  That could cause it to become thinner.  I'm sorry it causes you pain, you should see a urologist.  It's not likely due to an autoimmune disorder.
