Need Help with Baby Food Info

Hi Everyone,

I'm not a parent yet but probably will be before I know it...and as a school project I was lucky enough to get baby food as a subject.  Would anyone here be able to help me by taking a brief survey?  My group has generously donated a prize for the survey so if you take it and enter in your email address you could win a gift certificate for $25 worth of baby food.  I'm not associated with any baby food company and all data collected will only be used for our project.
