Chronic Pancreatitis question

I was diagnosed with Chronic Pancreatitis as a result of gallstones.  My gall bladder was removed in 2005 but 3-5 days weekly, I cannot sit upright for more than 20-30 minutes at a time and due to the pain in my lower back - I am required to lay horizontal for the rest of the entire day.  Is this due to this illness?

I am a fellow CP person! I have trouble sitting up for more than 30min at a time! Because of pain and nausea, I even have trouble walking upright! If you have CP taking out the gal bladder, doesnt cure your CP......why cant you sit up, is it because of pain also?
