does anyone else feel this way?

there are some days when my chemistry just seems perfect
I like I can cary on a conversation and contiualy crack jokes and just gracefully
slide through the day rgaurdless of what happens
everything feels realxed and normal and my body posture changes
I am no longer anxious sad or socaily awquard and I can carry myself with pride
I simply tackle the day as if it were nothing.
I don't think its hypo mania, because when I'm hypo manic I talk fast, I get racing thoughts,
and somehow I get easily aggitated. Whatever it is, I wish I could feel this way all the time.
Is this how noraml people feel when they are free of a mood disorder? If it is then I can kinda see why they thing we are crazy.

I've had the exact same thoughts before. I wish I felt 'balanced' like that all the time... it must be nice!

Well, the "normal" people may think we're crazy, but you sound prefectly normal for a bipolar person to me. With bipolar we're not always manic or hypomanic or depressed. Days of clarity are real and it is normal to have them. Sometimes they last for weeks, months, and even years in some instances. But, the other stuff always comes back. I think that's why a lot of people think bipolar is a "fake" illness or it is just in your head. Well, it isn't fake or in your head. It's a biochemical disorder, which means it is physical. (Just like diabetes is biochemical.) The problem is we can't test for it like other illnesses because it is problems in your brain.
