Question about what we can post on here ?

Can we post how we are doing on here ? So people can know we are ok ?
Or is it just for questions ?

I believe you can post what you want to post, but maybe ask admin to make sure as i might be wrong.

Just popping in to say that yes, you are more than welcome to post how you are doing.  In fact, we hope you do!  We also have a number of user groups and some social forums available, so if you have something you'd like to post and you feel it doesn't fit into the bipolar forum, feel free to post there. :)

I think you can post anything you want. If you are looking for something that is a bit more community oriented. **********.org has blogs, and posting that is more like what you describe. But by all means this is open to posting whatever you feel like.

Feel free to post whatever you like.  Its a forum for Bipolar Disorder, so you should feel welcome to post how you are doing.  There are lots of questions on here and often they are about people struggling about one thing or another.

Nothing more enjoyable than reading someone is doing ok and coping every now and then, or even not so we can give them a cyber hug to help them feel better or maybe make suggestions.  So type away cyber buddy!

FYI I've been doing ok for almost a year now, have been a little hypo the last 3 weeks but am exercising my way out of it and taking my supplements :0)

Hope you are doing well!
