Nucleated Red Blood Cells

I am hoping someon will shead some light  on my values.

Feb lab test result ...
NRBC Percent   1.0 H     (0.0 normal)
NRBC Absolute  0.07  H (0.0 normal )
Mean Platelet Volume  9.5 L      (9.6 - 12.8 normal)
Immature Granulocyte Percent 0.7 H     ( 0.0 - 0.6 normal)
TOtal Bilirubin   2.1H      (0.0 - 1.3 normal)
Indirect Bilirubin  1.8 H   (0.0 - 0.9 normal)
(bilirubin is a little elevated (doc says gilbert synrome..nothing to worry aboutt)

May lab
NRBC Percent  0.6 H   (0.00 normal)
NRBC Absolute   0.04 H (0.00 normal))

Lymphocyte  54.8 % H   (20-50% normal)
Nutrophil     36.0%   L    (39.7 - 72.1 normal)

I think i read other restults were all in normals range.
annyinput?
since there are NRBC, shoulld i   be questioning this more? doctor just say all iis fine.

can you give me your take on seeing NRBC ?
i know the other levels are very close to norm.


but, do you think I should question the nucleated count ?
