Neuralgia or ARBD?
Please can someone help. Im getting quite nervous. Former heavy drinker from 12 years ago when I got a brain lesion at the left and 1 in brainstem. Sensible drinker now but stopped 3 years ago to look after my mum. After 2 years sober started getting shooting pains going up and down left side of head and then nystagmus started which neurologist diagnosed as trigeminal neuralgia. Was discharged a few months but pain is now spreading to the middle of head.and am also getting double vision. It doesnt sound like neuralgia. Worried im getting another lesion. Does this sound familiar to anyone?
