Brain tumor, isolated leg pain with migraine

I had a benign meningioma removed 4 years ago (approximately 45 mm, lower left ocip) and did not have a successful resection which contributes to swelling at the surgical site.  I take the maximum dose of an anti-seizure medicine but still have some visual seizures.(I am OK with this)   I've had migraines since age 7 (I am now 45) so the headaches do not alarm me as much as the lastest issue.   I've started having isolate and severe pain in my right leg, midway between the knee and upper thigh.   The leg pain is not always associated with a migraine.   Finally, the question :-)  Should I be alarmed about the leg pain?

Thank you for the reminder about migraines being in other areas other than one's head - this was news to me until all this started with the tumor.   I saw my neuro in June (this year), but for other issues.  My insurance will no longer cover anything pre-existing so I'll have to wait to have any further testing.

Thank you again!!

Have you seen your neuro - to run nerve tests to see if it is related?  I would seek an opinion on this.

Oddly, my mom has migraines that are leg and arm pain.
