Glad to hear about the insurance - that way you can rule things in and out effectively and that way you can get that vertigo under control.
Sinus infections can for sure cause a lot of nasty symptoms - so hope you get that under control.
As for the bills - make sure you call the billing office at the doc office and negotiate the best price. Often they bill full price no matter what as insurance pays less anyway - so ask to pay what insurance pays - which is 80% less - and see if you can trim some of those bills.
Let us know how the MRI goes as well!

It looks like I have server asma, hypotention, daily migrin head aches and a sinus infection for the past two years thats so sever it had deformed my nose. it doesnt look like i have a brain tumor or blood clost just a very unusual combination of symptoms that are the same/simular too. sorry to write so many times but i have spent 30,000 on medical bills already this year possible death seemed more inviting lol... but all looks ok, they still want me to get an MRI since some symptoms arent explainable. thank you for taking your time to read and respond!! First, please understand I am not a doctor- but I do read a lot. First off, despite more people being diagnosed with primary brain tumors, they are still relatively uncommon. A good percentage of people develop brain tumors while fighting another form of cancer such as lung or colon cancer. Also know that a good number of people diagnosed with brain tumors do not present with headaches. I think you should see an ENT because it could be something as simple as an inner ear infection which can cause dizziness and ringing in the ears. Only you know your body so whatever tests you feel you need for your own peace of mind I would keep pushing for them. Also, try not to look stuff up in the internet because your mind will begin playing tricks on you. All the best to you!
I have looked through your past posts, and it does seem like these problems are persistent. However, as you have been told in the past, there is no way that we can possibly diagnose you. I believe one professional presented you with a long list of possible conditions that can cause these symptoms. Without scans like a CT or MRI, there is no way a doctor can diagnose you, and there is certainly no way we can either. You are concerned about your health, and rightfully so. People in your life and physicians have been dismissing your concerns for years, which is very unfortunate. It is time to see another doctor. It is time to be an advocate for yourself and demand a referral or scan. One way to do this would be to go to the ER the next time you have a severe episode. If you are seen immediately after an episode (past posting made it sound like a seizure, and you do have a family history of seizures), it is more likely they will take you seriously.
What doctors have you seen? Have you had a good exam by an ENT?
It sounds like you have a really bad vertigo issue - causes of that can be tumors or something else entirely. Have you had any imaging?
