If there are no symptoms... but then again, how was it found if there were no symptoms?
You have to be comfortable with the decision to leave it and watch, or move to have it out and a lot depends on your history and all. I had a pituitary tumor and was encouraged to remove it - it was... bad advice... so I do think you should think about where the cyst is, do research, make sure you have copies of your records to help make an informed decision and decide if there is potential for anything that you do not want.
It would depend on the patient's full medical history, but at age 67 and with no symptoms, I wouldn't risk surgery. My mom had knee surgery at 86, and almost died twice during the op. She also has high blood pressure.
