Is Pituitary Gland Tumour causing this?

This is my first time on this site but I have finally been diagnosed with a 3mm Pituitary Gland Tumour and am now awaiting a hospital appointment.
It all started a few months after a severe whiplash accident in 2013.  I kept having funny little dizzy spells throughout the day, usually after eating or exercise.  After sleeping I would wake with a pressure sensation inside my head and my ears were continually popping.  Heachaches followed, severe ones but everytime I visited my doctor or the emergency department they kept telling me that nothing was wrong.  Even after keeping me in the hospital after a CT scan apparently revealed something, the next day they told me the Neurologist had looked at the scan and said I was fine.  How could this be when I now felt so dizzy and had this strange pressure in my head!!
Well, it's now a year and a half on....I have changed doctors twice, seen an ENT, Muscular Skeletal Specialist, 3 Chiropractors, 2 Opticians and finally a Neurologist who ordered the MRI and finally the scan came back revealing a 3mm pituitary tumour.
My question is....is the pituitary tumour causing all these other symptoms and if anyone else feels the same?
My symptoms are headaches, dizziness and vertigo to my left, hearing loss in my left ear (being checked by an Audiologist in a week) head pressure.

Thanks for listening, I really do sympathise with everyone going through this, I just want my life back. :-(

Thanks Rumpled

I am still awaiting a hospital appointment with the endo department but will report back once I have seen them.
Not getting my hopes up too high as I know how long things can take. :-)

It is common to cause headaches but the other symptoms are less common.

It is more likely to cause hormonal issues, fatigue and depending on what is effected, the symptoms can range widely.  If you were knocked out or hit hard the pituitary could have been damaged in the accident as well.

I would see an endo and get checked, getting copies of all tests.  Find out the type of tumor. Check back and let us know.
