The problem is that dizzy, fatigue and ear ringing on their own are very very vague symptoms. It would take other symptoms to point to a brain tumor and you have already had one study that ruled tumors out. Anxiety can cause a lot of symptoms.
Seeing someone to see if you can reduce anxiety is not a bad thing. Even if you have an issue, a good doctor can recognize if the problem is physical or anxiety.
Anxiety can come from hormones as well. Doctors can overlook thyroid and other issues. It is sad that doctors only have a short time to determine what is wrong with a person these days and if you come across with anxiety, they may focus on that and nothing else so it may be good for you to seek out some help to get that under control so you can talk to the doctors (even bringing someone else with you can help) in such a way that they can focus on other symptoms. But some symptoms are very general like you have and are not specific enough to just say what you have right away.

Yes CTs can miss tiny tumors.
But the tests that the ENT are doing show more of a POTS, autonomic issue IMHO - with blood pressure and dizzy...
There are lots of issues with vertigo, meniere's, etc. - and that is far more likely. Brain tumors are pretty rare.
You had imaging. Doctors have examined you and not found any neurological deficits. By all means, if anything new comes up, let them know but it sounds like an ear issue.
the ent
the doctor holds my head in a certain position and asks me to lie quickly backward over a table
then he asked me for an mri
i tild him i had a ct head with and without contrast 3 month ago
