White spots in pituitary MRI?

30 y.o. woman, had a grand mal seizure for unknown reasons. EEG and MRI looked normal, EXCEPT for white spots in pituitary gland. One pregnancy 5 years ago. Neuro said they could be leftover lesions from small bleeds during pregnancy? Referred for another MRI. Any thoughts would be appreciated!

Edit: not a pituitary mri, but the pituitary gland on a regular mri.
