Could this be a brain tumor?

I am getting really scared because I am convinced I have a brain tumor. Here is a timeline of my symptoms;

My symptoms started about 6 months ago with throbbing in my legs accompanied with tingling feet. I ignored it and still comes back less frequently and less severe, but still happens. Around the same time I started feeling this, I have been getting jolted out of a comfortable sleep after I would feel a sharp pain in my head, which is still happening to me. I read they were seizures, a sign of a brain tumor :/ This happens EVERY night.

After those symptoms started, I have noticed my hair thinning and falling out more than normal. Next, I experienced an odd headache that stabbed at the left side of my head and traveled across the left eye. That same week developed an ear infection shortly thereafter. I went to my doc and got anti-biotics. (this was 2 months ago)

When my ear infection cured, my headaches persisted and worsened. Accompanied by these worsening and new headaches is a hot feeling in my head, like my blood is hot or something. (I know it's an awkward description) My headaches are CONSTANT and don't go away, even with medication. It is a stabbing pain travels to my neck, eyes, and left side of my face as well.

I have been experiencing increasing anxiety because of this, nausea and memory issues included, and now I cant differentiate the nausea and memory issues from real or brought on because I am so worried. I am getting an MRI this week, but I am so scared of what will happen from here.

Please provide insight to what it can truly be if not a brain tumor?

It could be hormones, it could be vitamin deficiency, it could be migraines - it could be one or all or something else.

But you have to see a doctor. BTW anxiety will only make the symptoms seem a lot worse as you will think about them and magnify everything.

The MRI will tell you if you have a brain tumor, which is thankfully rare. Blood testing will tell more.

Have you had blood tests done to check hormones and your white blood count??
