Just to rule things out ask for an MRI. Sometimes benign brain growths can cause the symptoms you are having including the panic attacks, headaches, nausea, dizziness, and vision disturbances. The good news is if that is what is going on they are easy to remove and almost never come back. Find a Dr. to listen to you, and gives you what you need to get better. The next Dr. who tells you it's nothing serious, I'd walk out of their office. If it was them you know they'd do every test in the book to find the problem. I wish you luck.
hi rosie my names sarah im also 19, i suffer from bad anxiety and panick attacks, and i also get bad headaches, light sensitivity, dizziness, nausea and blurred vision, i too was and still am scared its serious and could be something like a brain tumour but the more people i talk to that have anxiety and panick attacks the more im starting to think that it really is just the anxiety. i find it very difficult to beleive that it can do such horrible and real things to you, im not sure if ive helped or put u at ease a little but im here to talk if u need. take care
have a CT-scan have your MD check your sinus this can cause some of the symptoms you are describing. You can also have a regular sinus x-ray first if you want. If your weight is uncontrolled check for hypertension and or diabetes. You could be having panic attacks you needed to figure out what is causing them and try relaxation techinques and or eliminate what is stressing you out that much even if it means changing jobs...etc. You have to learn how to cope with anxiety with either counseling or medication.
goodluck you are to young to already to be so worried: take one day at a time pray to God He will help you with all you need From: Abby84
I agree with everyone else Im 35 years old with the same issues and then my doctor ordered the MRI because there was history of me having any of migrains, dizziness, nausea vomiting, sometime nose bleeds, now I have he calls night blindness because at night all light looks like one bright light. We did the MRI on 9/19/08 and on 10/01/08 I was told that I have pituitary microadenoma ( pituitary tumor) it explained everything. I understand your fear I'm scared as hell to. stay strong there information about all over the net even on this site as well. Make them do the test it could have all the answers.
sincerely

Rosie, I agree with with Jill and Silvi you should go to a dr and get a MRI. If your doctor doesn't give you a MRI then go to a doctor that will listen to you. Odds are you don't have a brain tumor but how can a doctor say there's nothing to worry about if they don't do the test. It's nothing out of the Drs' billfold you are the one who has the insurance or has to pay for it. I've found out one thing with all my illness and seeing different doctors. The doctor is not always right...he should be compassionate to ease your fears. Demand the test!!! I have miagraines and see very bright zigzag spots in my eyes and can't stand any sound and any light until it is over. My doctor did a MRI just to make sure it wasn't a tumor because I had them so often.
My thoughts and prayers will be with you.
Good Luck,
Dee

Hi!
I really doubt a brain tumor at your age. I've read Dr comments to others who are young.
Seems maybe a visit to a Psychiatrist is in order. Have you seen one or therapist?
Best wishes here. Try remembering you got through the other attacks.
