recurring weirdness

Ok, 5 years ago all of the sudden i felt extremely weird...foggy headed/high/animated/depersonalized
i had tingling in my arms and legs
constant confusia, i messed up getting my words out and fumbled them
constantly sleepy
i had vision trail (especially at night)
often sleepy, then after 3 months it all went away and I felt completely normal again and went back to my normal self

all this time has gone by, and they've come back [the symptoms]...i'm terrified to go to the doctor because they're all indicative of a brain tumor however last time they went away and i was fine for years, i do know that the symptoms this time all came immediately during/end of a stressful relationship (and i emphasize stressful), could it be stress or anxiety causing these things?  i do feel good on the days i work out and run...
thanks

I would not be absolutely convinced - go see a doctor and get the answers you need. Why be anxious.

you might be terrified that you have a tumor, but  if you have one its not going away any time soon. get to a doctor and get some treatment(if you find a doctor willing to help)
