Sorry I was not clear - low potassium causes tingling. If you have been eating bananas then you should get your calcium checked. It could also be other things - see your doctor.
Thanks for the information. lately I was eating a lot of bananas and I know they have potassium so that could contribute to the tingling in my fingers and feet.
Without a thyroid, you must (must!) take replacement medication. The thyroid is essential for your metabolism, your heart and so much. It is dangerous not to take your meds.
I can understand not being able to find the right one or the right dose - but you need to keep looking, not stop.
Hands and feet tingling sounds like a calcium - maybe a parathyroid issue or or potassium issue? I would get in to see the doctor and get checked out.
As for the meds, there are a lot of brands - I changed a few before I was happy as well. I also got a bit of T3 and was happier. I hope you find what you need!
