Hi,
I agree with ncmichigan that your mammogram is normal.
Parenchyma basically refers to the normal substance of any sort of tissue and is the background of all the sorts of normal structures seen under a microscope. Fibroglandular is what breast tissue is, a combination of glands and fibrous tissues. This is also normal.
I presume that at your young age your breasts are dense and feel lumpy.Lumpiness in the breasts may make actual lumps harder to distinguish. That's why it's important that young women with lumpy breasts perform regular breast self-examinations and have regular physical examinations. Knowing the normal shape and feel of your own breasts is important, especially when performing Breast Self Examinations to detect any unusual changes.
If you feel pain in your breasts, try to cut down on caffeine intake (Chocolate, coffee and colas) This helps to minimize the pain and lumpiness.
You really have nothing to worry about because nothing abnormal was detected.
Take care and best wishes.

Congratulations---this sounds like you have no problem and there's nothing to solve---the results are normal! You should talk with your doctor about any questions you have, but it all sounds normal to me. What isn't clear is why you had the mammogram in the
first place, since your'e only 21 and first mammograms are usually done around 40, unless there's an abnormality noted. If something was noted on breast exam, you can
be reassured that nothing was found on the mammogram, but it's something that you
should definitely discuss with your doctor. He/she should advise you on any future screening that you may need and when.
Continue to take good care of yourself and wishing you all the best!
