Thanks so much! I guess I was just worrying over nothing, but I will get it checked out when I have the ability to do so :)
Hi,
Anything unusual that appears in or on the breast should always be investigated by a physician especially when it persists and does not diminish in size..
This could be a sebaceous cyst that contains a "pasty" looking substance called keratin. But you should get a doctor look at the bump, because over the internet it's hard to tell you for sure what it could be.
If the doctor confirms that it's a sebaceous cyst, you could apply a heating pad twice a day for 15 minutes to help dissolve the fluid inside the cyst.If it does not shrink with the heating pad method, see your doctor again who will most likely be able to treat this bump successfully.
Take care...
Very possibly a cyst. If it just sits there and doesn't do anything, it probably is. If it grows or begins to hurt see a doctor. I had a superficials cyst on my breast last year. It became infected and I had a dermatologist get rid of it.
By the way, stop squeezing it or irritating it.
