I'm not really sure if it fits in the topic but oh well.

I was showering tonight and noticed little white dots on my nipple.(they kinda make a circle and are very white) there is no leakage of any kind just the bumps, this is the first time Ive seen them.(they are also realy small of course)
I was just curious/concerned.. a bit paranoid due to the fact I have a high chance of getting breast cancer.

So can this be it? or is it just some normal woman thing due to the hot water of my shower?

just wanted to clarify that with my son it's all over the aureola, like tons of white bumps.

Now I'm curious ..... are these spots you describe on the nipple itself or around the entire areola ??  Also why do you have a high chance of Breast Cancer ?   Thanks ....

I think it's normal. my 19 year old son has that all the time on his nipples, the white spots. He says it's from temperature change. that's all I know and I don't think for a moment it's cancer. Katrin
