From the description, this is unlikely to be bone cancer, or any cancer spreading to the bones, however, there is a method to rule this out definitely: through a bone scan or PET scan.
Thank You Doctor. But she has this pain since last year and her Mastectomy is done on April 2008. This is the pre existing condition when she dignosed with DCIS stage 0 and no nodal and hormonal involvement. But still she is very much affried on every thing.

Other causes for this would include some form of nerve injury from the mastectomy procedure or from increase in the blood vessel pressure as brought about by some form of lymphedema (also a complication from the surgery).
It is best that she sees a physical therapist or rehabilitation specialist to help her with this pain.
