Multiple complex breast cysts

I am a 45 year old women that has very dense breast tissue, I have had mammograms and ultrasounds in the past for my breasts and have been told that I have multiple cysts in both breasts more in left breast than right breast and had one cyst removed about 6 years ago and it came back benign. I just went for a mammo and that came back fine other than it stated I have very dense breasts, I went for the ultrasound right after and again a bunch of cysts were there and they have multiplied in the past two years BUT as well they now say I have multiple complex cysts and request a MRI with dye to be done and they want to rule out the possibility of a tumor process.
Ok my question to you would be...... are having multiple complex cysts worse than having just one complex cyst?
I also have multiple cysts in both Axillae.  For the past six years I have become use to the thought of all the cysts but now with the report saying I now have multiple complex cysts showing up scares me. I have heard that women usually have the cysts removed but no mention of that yet? I now have no doctor since mine moved away ( I am from Canada) and its hard to find another, my files will be sent to the surgeon I had before. I have read up a lot on cysts and complex cysts and what I read isnt to encouraging on the complex cysts.
Any insight on this would be great, I will be going for my MRI in two weeks but until then I cant help but worry.

Hi
Ok I have received my results back from my MRI that I went for and this is whats written:

Bilateral Breast MRI

Standard bilateral breast MRI was performed with and without Gadolinium enhancement.

Post Gadolinium enhancement as well as subtraction images show moderate amount of background parenchymal enhancement. Sensitivity of the study is diminished as a result of this.

No focally pronounced areas of enhancement are identified in either side.

T2 weighted sequence shows bilateral scattered cysts all of which measure less than 1 cm in greatest dimension.

Axillae are normal

No other findings.

IMPRESSION:

Moderate amount of background parenchymal enhancement diminishing sensitivity of the study. No focal abnormality is detected. Bilateral benign cysts are seen. Also please note that low or intermediate grade DCIS may not be detected by MRI.

I have a couple of questions I was hoping someone could answer?
There are two parts in the report that concerns me.....

#1.subtraction images show moderate amount of background parenchymal enhancement. Sensitivity of the study is diminished as a result of this.

#2.Moderate amount of background parenchymal enhancement diminishing sensitivity of the study.

I know the Mammogram doesnt show everything when you have very dense breasts (that would be me) but Isnt the MRI suppose to show everything ? is that what #1 and #2 are saying that they CANT see everything?  I am not sure what it means and I am looking for a little help deciphering it.
Now I had a mammo  and a Ultrasound and it showed multiple complex cysts and cysts but the MRI doesnt mention about the complex cysts?  So the Ultrasound had me worried about the complex cysts but the MRI is not mentioning them sooo I shouldnt be worried anymore?  The surgeon that read my reports didnt explain anything to me just said everything is fine, I asked for a specialist appointment thinking maybe I could have a couple of the cysts biopsied and he said NO  that they wouldnt do anything anyways :(
Now and I just worrying for nothing ? should I let it go ? Three different reports all saying something different which one do you believe?  I want to be happy about the MRI report but it leaves me with just as many doubts  as before ?
Any help would be great :)
Side note: I live in Ontario Canada and I dont have the option to change doctors :( I need to be referred and at the moment I dont have a doctor anymore mine moved away, so the surgeon that read my reports was a one time thing. He said I would have to go to the emergency department and ask for a  six month follow up MRI and Ultrasound ( he felt my breasts and everything is fine) how can a touch and feel tell him anything ?
Sorry for the long rant lol but im very frustrated :(

If you have researched both simple and complex cysts so you know there is a difference but most cysts are benign. They aren't necessarily removed as they have a hormonal conection and no doubt more would develop; this is true in Fibrocystic Breast Condition. If it is determined that any new finding is definitely a simple cyst nothing more is usually done. There may be a biopsy of a complex cyst though. The MRI being a much more sensitive type of imagery should give you additional answers.Of course you will worry; that's what we do when we don't have all the answers. I truly hope the MRI will clear things up in your situation.  Regards ....
