I have a large red spot the size of a quarter on my left breast. I had a mammogram done 3 weeks ago which showed no negative signs of anything. What do you think this could be?

From your description, these could be new small nevi (or moles).  A form of wart called verruca plana can also present with lesions that look like these.  These could also be very small hematomas which are blood collections underneath the skin that are most commonly due to trauma.  Since there are several possibilities, it is best that you have this seen by your doctor.  Nevi would usually just require observation while warts can be cauterized (heat treatment).  Regards.
