Scared 18 yr old.Small lumps on areola

I have always had tiny white lumps round the side of my areolas that sprout little hairs. but recently I've noticed that the surface of my areolas is not smooth, like there are further tiny lumps under the skin. Pleae help, I'm really worried.

I am in my 20s and have always had little bumps on my areolas that look like goose bumps. I also have little sprouts of hair around the areola. I have had a lot of breast surgeon interaction and all have told me this is completely okay. Just thought that could help!

Dear PP85, The little bumps around the areola that look like goose pimples, are most likely little glands called Montgomery's glands.  These are a normal part of the breast anatomy.
