What does this wording mean? Mammogram

I'm still trying to figure out what the following sentence means on my mammogram report.

Masses are present in the upper-outer quadrant bilaterally.  These are ovoid to round and circumscribed to partially obscured.  they are more apparent than previously send and are ISO-ATTENTUATING to breast parenchyma.  What does that mean?  I have tried researching this on the internet with no luck.

thank you

Everything that is growing within the breast is attached in some way to the surrounding tissue. As I explained before these are terms used between Physicians to describe how something looks on film. I really think you are spending way too much time trying to understand some of this medical terminology that is just a medical way of describing a finding. I believe your Dr. is back in the office today and I suggest that you give him/her a call and have someone go over your report in detail. Actually the terminology isn't the important thing here; the results of your biopsy should be number one on the list. It's a shame that reports can't be given in what you might call "plain english" but each and every profession seems to have it's own language. Good luck with your upcoming biopsy .....

Thank you very much japdip......I appreciate your response and reply.  I was wondering if there is more about what that means?  Specifically does that mean that there is attachment to normal breast tissue or does it mean something else.
