Soars on breasts and painfull

I have spots under one breasts that are round, red,and hard. Sometimes they leak some white puss out. When I sleep I can not sleep on my stomach because it is painfull from my breast. I am hoping its not something to serious I have put off going to the doctor but I was wanting to investigate it before I did. Could you please help me?

Dear tntwerner:  Skin on the breast is like skin on any other part of the body and can develop problems such as pimples, etc.  However, if these are not going away and are causing significant discomfort, they should be evaluated by a physician.

There are many skin conditions that could be going on, however I recently learned about IBC-Inflammatory Breast Cancer. I'd have it checked out soon to be certain it is just a skin condition. As a side note, I have melanoma and that is very seriously and deadly so whether you have a skin or breast issue going on, best to get it checked out soon.
