is this a symptom of breast cancer?

I'm 19 years old and I have a pustle on my breast. It is located on my nipple, but not on its main tip. When I squeezed it, a little bit of pus came out. I kept on squeezing it, when the pustle swelled up a little and the area became a little red. It's been one whole day and when I touch it with minimum force, it hurts back. When the shower water was hitting my pustle, it was hurting me a little. Is this a symptom of breast cancer? Please let me know. thanks.

Dear tob606:  Skin on the breast is like skin anywhere else and is subject to a variety of abnormalities (including pimples etc).  Also, there are various glands (called montgomery’s glands) around the nipple that secrete a whitish substance when squeezed.  In either case, if you have squeezed this, you have produced some trauma and this is likely to cause inflammation and pain.  If this does not heal or go away in the next week, you should have your doctor take a look.

What you describe does NOT sound at all like breast cancer. If this doesn't clear up soon you should see your family Dr. for some advice as to how to treat this problem.
