mamogram result

i have a lot of small lesions im my right breast , and the left on , one of them is irregular , i did the ultra sound and it is shown different from the others
do you suggest that i make an operation to remove it ??

Dear daad, Over the internet without being able to evaluate including physical examination, reviewing test results etc. it is impossible to advise specifically.  You would need to talk with your doctor who can discuss with you the recommendation based on the findings of your tests.

I would suggest that you follow whatever is recommended by your Physician who would have received the reports from your recent films.
