coincidence or something real?

hello,
   im 16 so i wasnt really sure where to post this because its a few different things. but i would be very greatful for any advice or help, thank you.  i think all of this might just be a coincidence that its all happening at the same time, but im still worried.

   im a busy teenager so im naturally tired, but lately i've been extra tired.

   my neck has been hurting for around a week and a half and the glands on the right side are swollen.

   this is the one that concerns me the most, my right arm pit has a lump, the lump is some what visible, you can push on it, its hard, id say its around the size of a pea.

   i have a doctors appointment in like a month, should i just wait until then? or might this actually be something

Agree with mono diagnosis....but go see your doc sooner if you can and make sure.  There's not a whole lot that can be done except give it time to get your immune system back up to snuff.

You have all the symptoms of mononucleosis .Many teenagers get it and it's not dangerous at all.All you have to do is rest.Don't worry you'll be fine.
