I will agree with the above poster; sounds like Hemorrhoids.  See your physician.

Honestly, most likely, you have hemorrhoids. These can be extremely painful and will need a better diet of high fiber and fluids to take care of, however they aren't dangerous. Not everything is cancer, and although blood in stools can be, it's more likely to be something else. That being said, when you have a symptom that CAN be something dangerous you should never ever wait on it. I lost my uncle because he took muscle relaxers instead of realizing he was having a heart attack; I lost my grandma because she ignored symptoms of colon cancer and refused a colonoscopy until the tumor covered most of her lower intestines (15 years later). At the moment I don't think you have anything to be worried about, but avoiding seeing the dr will never make something magically better.

Make an appointment with your dr and talk to them about hemorrhoids and how to keep them down. They might take a peak or ask about your bowel movements -so if they do no surprises. Also make sure to tell them about any odd texture (loose versus pebbles), color (black, bright red/clay like, yellow), mucus, and size (pencil thin) as well as if you have odd frequency. And in the future remember it's rarely worst case scenario but ignoring something can push it to worst case scenario.
