Brain Cancer or Trauma

For the past two weeks I've been having headaches, scattered throughout the day.  I usually feel great in the morning for about two hours, however.  I also feel very tired and sleepy during the middle of the day.  My legs, arms, and eyes occasionally twitch and jerk slightly.  My head also seems to move a little bit.  I don't have any dizziness or trouble walking or doing anything, and the symptoms seem to go away when I'm busy.  Now also about two weeks ago, I hit my head of a metal beam and it was bleeding for about twenty minutes.  I want to know if these symptoms are from a brain tumor or did I possible do something to my head, or is it something completely different?

ok.. well my headaches have stopped.  I still get one once every three or four days.  I did have chest pains to and it felt like a couldn't breath.  The twitching has eased up a bit.  Everything seems to be getting better but I worry a lot about having cancer and dying and I can never sleep til three in the morning and I get up early.  Could this be anxiety?
