Ca19/9 33 rising to 37

I had my gallbladder removed end January but it only contained bile, no stones. Have small 8mm cyst in pancreas confirmed by MRI but consultant is confident its benign. Had ca19 -9 test before my gallbladder was removed and reading was 33. Latest result is 37. Amslyse test in January was ok. I have  nagging, stitch like pain top of ribs, moving to side and back. Not severe enough to take pain killers but there on and off most days. Otherwise healthy. Have had other blood results which are with consultant but noticed my white blood cell count was 4.5. Red cell count and harmoglobin both normal.
