Respected sir thanks for a prompt reply. Here we have done a CT SCAN and doctor suggested to go for naphractomy but my mother doesnt have any symptomps like bleeding in urine, blood report is normal, no weight loss and b.p is remain in level of 150/90 thats why we hasitate to go for such big surgery. and here urologist says that biopsy report may give a solution to you and may not ultimately u have to go for operation, at the age of 33 my mother had histractomy thats why we furthur afraid of such major surgery that whether my mothers resistance can sustain the body after it or not? and furthur dr says even after operation we cant give guarantee for complete cure if any of the particles went in blood cell it may create cancer in future at other parts so if we dont go for any furthur surgery and dont distrub it then what will be the risk factors meanwhile we are following the medicines related to ayurveda, naturopathy, and related to up the level of immune system will it make any imporvement in it? please do reply
Thanking  you

I have a large malignant mass in my right kidney & with no symptoms.  The kidney will be surgically removed Nov 1.  At that time the tissue can be viewed with a microscope to determine what type of cancer this is.  I would NOT want to keep the kidney with that mass (that would likely spread if left in).

Hi.  At this point, the possibility that your mother's kidney mass is malignant cannot be discounted.  The best thing to do is to have a CT guided needle biopsy of that mass done at the soonest possible time.  Only then can you be sure if it is really cancerous or not.
