Lipoma

I had lot of lipomas in stomach before lever and arms.
can I remove by operation or any excercise.

I have a very large lipoma tumor on my left buttocks I am very self conscious about it I can't wear tights or bathing suits I want it gone but I don't have money to get it removed does anyone know of any Lipoma removal doctors pro bono who will remove it in the grandrapids Michigan area HELP ME PLEASE

Hi.  Lipomas are non-cancerous growths and usually do not spread or metastasize to other parts of the body.  However, there is a chance they might recur after surgery.  If the lipoma is causing symptoms because of its size (example: pain or obstruction) then surgical removal is warranted.  I don't think exercise can directly cause shrinkage of these tumors, although it can have other benefits to your body, so there's no harm in doing it.
