Lumps & Rectal Bleeding

Hi,

I just had a 8cm x 8cm x 2cm lump removed from the back of my neck - I get the pathology back tomorrow, it had a thin septa and looked like some type of tumor.

I have two lumps on my upper abdomen quite deep either side of my stomach, for the last year I have had bright red bleeding after my bowel movements. My surgeon will start to investigate these after my neck surgey has healed - any idea what could be causing these symptoms?

Thanks
