Lymphoma?

Hi,
I'm an 18 year old girl and I found a very hard, painless lump under my right ear. It's about the size of a quarter and it's in my neck....like I had to find it. I have an appointment in two weeks to see my doctor and discuss what's going on. I haven't had any symptoms besides stomach pains, and these awful headaches on the left side of my head. I had a CBC done two weeks ago and both counts were very good. I also had a chest xray, EKG, and had my heart monitored a month ago and everything was good. I checked other areas fr lumps such as armpits and groin and everything seems alright. I'm worried when I get to my doctor he will order a biopsy and I have stage 4 lymphoma. I keep praying if I do have it, it's stage 3 or less. I was wondering if my CBC or chest xray would have revealed if I was in a seriously bad state. I understand a CBC couldn't pick up lymphoma, but would the results have been bad if I was seriously ill? I'm sorry for this messy post I'm just extremely scared.

Don't jump to conclusions. A swollen lymph node doesn't mean cancer.
