Hi, the feeling of unwellness could be due to the liver disorder. Was imaging done? The symptoms could also be due to chronic infections like tuberculosis. Tuberculosis can cause an evening rise of temperature and increased sweating. This also causes a loss of appetite; as such this is accompanied by weight loss. So, record your temperatures, on a two hourly basis to detect an evening rise of temperature. Please check with your doctor to rule out this condition. He may ask for blood counts, liver function tests and may further ask for X ray chest and ultrasonography of the abdomen to detect the cause for your symptoms. Please consult your primary care physician for further evaluation. In the meantime take OTC acetaminophen for the temperature and try to take warm oral fluids. Regards.
And I had cbc/liver function test done about 2 months ago befor the symptoms, what i have are slightly elevated glucose, high LDL 171, and a bit of liver prob per my doc
